Shipping Policy

*We offer free shipping on orders over $89.99 to Canada and the USA except for remote regions.

All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Please reach out to us if you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order. We provide fast & reliable shipping service to all our customers that includes inspection, fast & on-time delivery, top-quality packaging, and timely communication at each stage of shipping.

Changes & Cancelation:

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at info@stunningwheels.ca within 12 hours of making your purchase, and our team will get back to you shortly. Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, a cancellation fee might apply depending on the item(s).

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

  • We usually ship all orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Canada. Orders shipped from Canada have a delivery timeline of 3-9 business days in most of the metro regions and 4-10 business days in other areas within Canada & the US. We always mention the expected delivery time frame on every product page.
  • We primarily use UPS, Canada Post, USPS, ePost & DHL to ship customer orders in Canada & the United States.
  • The expected delivery time frame mentioned on the product page is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability, the address where the order needs to be delivered, courier issues, and other circumstances like weather, etc. However, we assure you that you are completely protected as a shopper at stunningwheels.ca, & you always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay.
  • Your order may be delivered to you either by the local post office or a local courier depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if the parcel is not received. 


  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped. If the customer wishes to get a refund on the returned parcel due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, Stunning Wheels reserves the right to deduct the initial shipping/handling costs from the total refund amount.


Shipping Fees: 


  • Free shipping is available on orders over $89.99 (pre-tax) to Canada and the United States, except for remote regions. Shipping fees will be charged if the value of your order before taxes is below $89.99. Shipping fees vary based on the nature/category of your product, delivery location, and the gross weight of the package.
  • During the checkout process, you will be able to see the shipping charges for your order. You will be informed about the shipping charges if you place your order over the call. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart/payment page.
